At Faith & Love Teas, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our shipping details:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping of $10.99 applies to most Australian orders under AUD $70. Delivery is estimated within 3–8 business days depending on your location and parcel size.
Free Shipping: Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
We currently do not offer express shipping, but if you need your order urgently, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

International: International shipping rates start from AUD $30 and vary depending on destination and parcel weight. (estimated delivery 10-25 days).

We ship via reliable carriers such as Sendle, Australia Post, and courier services to ensure safe delivery.
In some cases, orders may be delivered directly by our own delivery team instead of through a courier or Australia Post. For these deliveries, estimated delivery is within 48 hours after dispatch. Please note that tracking numbers are not available for orders delivered by our delivery team. Customers will receive an email notification when the order has been dispatched, as well as a confirmation email once the order has been delivered.
Orders are shipped from our location in Victoria.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses.
