1. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our herbal teas and wellness products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can place a new order after receiving your refund or store credit.

5. Returns Process
