Q: What packaging can we expect?

A: Our teas are kept in a sealed, foil-lined kraft paper bag, which you can reseal after opening. For tea packages over 25g, they will be vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and then placed in the kraft paper bag. This packaging helps to ensure that our teas remain fresh and of the highest quality, giving you the best possible flavor with every cup.

Our Packaging:

Q: I purchased 6 teas, why do some packs look bigger than others?

A: The size of the tea pack depends on the ingredients. Teas with lighter or bulkier components, like herbs or flowers, may require larger packaging, while denser ingredients, like roots or seeds, fit into smaller packs. Rest assured, each pack contains the correct weight as stated.

Q: What happens if the tea package I receive has lost its vacuum? Is it still safe to drink?

A: Yes, it is still safe to drink. The vacuum-sealed package we use for our teas is an extra layer of protection to keep the tea fresh and ideal for storage. This is a routine part of our processing. Even if the vacuum seal is lost during transit or handling, we have taken additional measures to ensure the quality of the tea.

Each tea pack includes an oxygen absorber, and we use foil-lined kraft paper bags, which are highly effective in preserving the freshness and maintaining the quality of the tea. You can rest assured that your tea is still safe to enjoy and will taste just as it should.

Q: I bought a detox tea from you, and it came in a good vacuum-sealed package. However, it has hardened like a biscuit. Why did this happen, and what should I do?

A: The hardening of the tea is normal for some ingredients, especially non-leaf components like roots or seeds. This happens because the vacuum seal removes air and compresses the contents. To use the tea, simply break the block apart gently before brewing—it will not affect the tea’s quality or flavor.
